Audio Books
Audio books are a great way for kids to read with.  Especially with younger readers, audio books model how to read, and what qualities a good reader has.  Or, with older readers, you can use audio books for those times that you don't have time to read to your children; maybe you're working, helping younger siblings, or away on business.
You can either buy audio books (which is expensive), or make your own.  I suggest making your own because you can make your child's favorite books which might be hard to purchase, plus, it's your voice reading rather than James Earl Jones.  To make them, be sure to read the story exactly as it is written, use more expression than usual, and use some kind of chime or bell to show you turned a page.
