Recipe For Reading
This activity is great for you bakers out there.  Whenever you bake or cook, take the opportunity to follow the recipe with your child.  Not only will you practice reading, you can practice how to follow directions, measurement, and not to mention, you can bond by creating something and eating it.  After you have done a few together, maybe make a recipe for your child to try on his/her own, or have them create a recipe for something.
